FNP system
POWDER COATING SYSTEM WITHIN QUALIFICATION PERIMETER ON PIC SERIE (localisation inside HR building) FOR EDF PWR (REP in french) units in exploitation - except EPR. Sept. 9th, 2024 : EDF model technical datasheet update to revision 9 for powder system FNP1125, to adopt a new template / groups 104 and 105 (up to 200°C) extension / validation of applicability on Magnelis® support. TDS remains duplicated in two generic datasheets, one dealing with the monolayer application and the other one dealing with the two-layers application (within nominal thickness modified). Jan 27th, 2023 : EDF model technical datasheet revision from edition 7 to edition 8 in order to correct GCV only. Nov 29th, 2022 : EDF model technical datasheet revision 7 update of powder system FNP1125 - duplication in two generic datasheets, one dealing with the monolayer application and the other one dealing with the two-layers application. In the case of a two-layers application on an electro-galvanized steel, the optional nature of the first INTERPON 700 layer is reminded. Oct 6th, 2021 : The qualification scope of FNP1125 powder coating system is extended to PIC serie (localisation inside HR building) for REP units in exploitation only. The FNP1125 powder coating system is also applicable in only one layer of 120µm. Dec. 12th, 2019 : First publication of the system.
